Pre-production by Filmatik
We organize the entire set up of the filming. That means, the location identification, obtaining filming authorizations, castings, as well as planning to guarantee the desired rendering and audiovisual execution within the given deadlines.
This important phase allows us to make the shootings as smooth as possible.
The cutting (Decoupage technique)
A step where our director imagines the sequences of the shooting, shot by shot, which allows us to centralize your ideas and our advice in order to be able to access the next step.
This step includes site scouting.
Analyzing
Our production assistant lists the needs of the film (sets, filming locations, extras), but also the needs for materials and ancillary costs to realize your audiovisual project.
The count will be presented to you with the quote.
Budget estimate
This step is carried out by our production manager. It includes project management, manufacturing cost such as writing voice-over text, studio recording of actors, filming, post-production.
The budget will include the cost of management: payroll costs, catering and travel costs.
The search for funding
We work in two sectors of activity, for companies and television channels. As a producer we intervene on the search for funding, such as television channels, county, foundations, private funds etc ...
All the donations and help we can get is important to carry out the creation of the audiovisual project.
The technical list of heads of post, this list that we make identifies the equipment and accessories necessary for the project.
The locations and filming authorizations are carried out by our teams. This phase consists in identifying the places and sets that will be used for the filming. We make a filming table including all the authorizations.
Prep meetings
This step is an opportunity to prepare well for the shoot, and make sure that we are on the same page with the director. This is when the team organizes itself on the tasks that each must perform.
The work plan
An important sheet that brings together all the phases of the audiovisual project, planning, authorization, storyboard...
Production
We mobilize all the technical and human resources necessary for the realization of the project.
Our environmental impact
We take into account each particular situation in order to ensure optimal rendering of the sequences while respecting the environment.
Concerned about the environment? We promote ecological solutions, we evaluate the impact of the carbon footprint of each of our productions, and we raise awareness among our teams during filming.
We are mobilizing on several actions:
- Waste management during filming.
- We only print if necessary since we have set up a connected application dedicated to the project to be able to communicate between our team and our customers so that they can follow the evolution of the project without paper exchange.
- We make purchases from suppliers offering eco-responsible products. Since 2019, we have integrated electric vehicles into our fleet to reduce our environmental impact when travelling.
